Welcome to Coleen's Breadsticks

By placing an order with Coleen's Breadsticks, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Information

We bake fresh breadsticks daily and ship orders weekly. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product colors.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to product availability
  • Payment is processed at the time of order placement
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
  • Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout

3. Shipping

  • Orders ship by Friday via UPS Ground
  • Order cutoff is Wednesday at 12:00 PM CT
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier

4. Perishable Products

Our breadsticks are perishable food items. By ordering, you acknowledge:

  • Products should be consumed within the recommended timeframe
  • Proper storage is your responsibility upon delivery
  • We cannot accept returns due to food safety regulations

5. Refunds and Replacements

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

6. Limitation of Liability

Coleen's Breadsticks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
