The History of Coleen’s Breadsticks:

Coleen Graham, an accredited Maître Fromager (Cheese Master), began her culinary journey with a small catering business in the Chicagoland area. Her passion for creating delicious experiences led her to make breadsticks as a pre-dinner snack for guests. Over time, these breadsticks gained a loyal following, ultimately inspiring the creation of Coleen's Better Than Breadsticks.

Today, Coleen offers nine unique varieties of breadsticks, available in wine bars, food markets, and online across the U.S. Each flavor is carefully developed and tested by Coleen herself, ensuring a complex yet harmonious taste. Her dedication to crafting the perfect artisan breadstick shines through in every batch, made with the finest ingredients and a hands-on approach. In our fully staffed kitchen, every breadstick is individually hand-cut and stretched, resulting in a one-of-a-kind creation each time.
