SHIPPING POLICY

Fresh Breadsticks, Shipped Weekly

At Coleen's Breadsticks, we bake fresh breadsticks daily Monday through Friday and ship orders once per week to ensure you receive the freshest product possible.

Shipping Schedule

Most orders are shipped by Friday (large orders may take up to two weeks)
Order cutoff: Wednesday at 12:00 PM CT
Orders placed after Wednesday noon will be included in the following week's shipment

Processing Time

All orders are baked fresh and carefully packaged before shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Delivery Times

Once shipped via UPS Ground, delivery times vary by location:

Nearby states (IL, IN, WI, MI, OH, IA, MO, MN, KY): 1-2 business days
Mid-range states: 2-3 business days
Far states (West Coast, Florida): 3-4 business days
We currently ship to all contiguous United States and Washington D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we are unable to ship items to multiple addresses within a single order. If you need to send products to different locations (for example, a gift box to a friend and breadsticks to yourself), please place separate orders for each shipping address.

This ensures accurate shipping costs and proper delivery to each recipient. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size at checkout. Note: Large orders requiring multiple boxes may incur additional shipping charges. We'll contact you before shipping.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor your delivery.
