Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of breadsticks that have been delivered.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at coleensbreadsticks@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect items
- A brief description of the issue
Refunds
Approved refunds/credits will be processed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
